We have so many fond memories, pictures, and videos of how happy my mom was while in your care (although she didn't always look like she enjoyed exercising). When we visited, we felt like part of the family, and we thoroughly enjoyed getting to know the other residents during the holiday feasts and my mom's birthday party. I must admit I enjoyed helping out with Bingo and will never forget the look on my mom's face when you held one of the numbers upside down. You always made time for each resident and included everyone, regardless of their abilities. You already know what a fantastic staff you have. I will always be grateful for the care and dignity that Deesie, Dika, and Conny showed my mom while she was there. My mom loved all of you and was so happy. "A Happy Home truly operates their business like their name says. My mother was there for 18 months under Hospice care due to the wonderful care and very friendly atmosphere at A Happy Home. The staff is well trained and very responsive to the needs of the residents. Their home and facilities are clean and well cared for. The two owners, Traci & Valerie are very trustworthy and excellent to work with. You can tell they really care about the health and welfare of their residents. Not once did I ever have any issues with them and they were extremely timely in responding to any questions or needs that my mother or myself may have had. I would highly recommend their services. I felt lucky to find such a wonderful home to care for my Mother."

"My sister has been here for over a year. I am there often visiting. If I could rate it 100 stars, I would! The owner/nurses and aides are absolutely wonderfu!!! Every one of them! Very loving and caring. They treat my sister as if she was their own family. They take such excellent care. I wouldn't want her any place else. The house is beautiful, clean and always smells fresh. The bedrooms are nicely decorated. The sheets are colorful and pretty. Everything is quality. The fireplace in the living room is cozy. The whole house is very homey. The meals are very good and they pay attention to what the residents like. I could go on and on. This home is outstanding! I've asked to be put on the waiting list for when my time comes."

"We moved our mother to one of Traci's homes which was the best thing we ever did in our long struggle with managing her dementia. The staff were incredibly caring and competent and the other residents were amazing with her. Every time I visited she was engaged in an activity (e.g., chair exercises, puzzles, craft projects) or spending time with the other residents at a meal. Almost every time I visited, Traci was there at some point. She is someone that truly cares about her team and the residents. I also appreciated her communication with me... she kept me advised about my mother's condition and provided great and candid advice. As well, the house/yard was very nice and clean."

"When my friend could no longer live on her own, we were blessed to find this adult family home. I cannot say enough nice things about her home. She is treated with such respect and kindness. I can walk in anytime and feel welcomed. The home is clean and comfortable. Birthdays and other big events are celebrated and friends and family are welcomed and encouraged to participate. The staff is qualified and caring. They are quick to respond to any of our concerns and let us know of any issues that should be taken care of. I can now sleep at night not worrying about my friends safety. We love TLC, the staff and all they do to make for a safe and happy home."

TLC staff are really excellent in their care of Patti. She has finally been able to be settled here and all her previous falls have stopped!! The caregivers are very caring, professional and genuinely foster a feeling of family in the home. The two RNs that are our contacts have great communication and follow-up with us whenever there are any issues. I would highly recommend TLC for your loved one.
