What makes this home different

This adult family home is intentionally small, allowing for personalized care and consistent caregiver relationships. With private rooms, accessible shared bathrooms, and thoughtfully designed indoor and outdoor spaces, residents receive daily support that prioritizes safety, comfort, and dignity. Our experienced care team specializes in memory care and works closely with families to support long-term quality of life.

8 private rooms with garden view

Each private room is well-lit with garden views and has easy access to spacious Jack-and-Jill bathrooms with grab bars and accessible showers. All rooms are equipped with cable TV and high-speed Wi-Fi.

Gardens and outdoor spaces for walks

A wheelchair-friendly backyard and maintained gardens invite residents outside for fresh air, family visits, and quiet moments. Summer walks and afternoon sitting become part of daily life.

Secured and thoughtfully designed for dementia care

Our residents include a mix of older and younger adults, with a primary focus on memory care. The home is equipped with secured doors and safety protocols to support residents with dementia.

Open door visiting policy

We warmly welcome family visits during all of our regular open hours, and we're happy to work with you to arrange late-night visits whenever possible, provided that you call ahead to let us know in advance.

Medicaid accepted

Medicaid is accepted after the required five-year private pay period, per state guidelines.

8 years of care, built on trust

Since opening in 2018, our home has provided long-term care for up to eight residents in private rooms, supported by 24/7 on-site caregivers and a low staff-to-resident ratio. We accept Medicaid and offer flexible visiting hours, making it easier for families to stay connected. The Evergreen Award reflects the consistent, attentive care families have trusted for years.
